Responsibilities
- Direct multiple high-value construction projects
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Ensure projects delivered on time and budget
- Lead project teams and subcontractor coordination
- Drive health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- 15+ years construction industry experience
- Proven track record on $100M+ projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
