- Maintain Forbes 5-star service standards
- Build relationships with VIP guests and stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence
Requirements
- 15+ years luxury hospitality experience
- Previous GM experience at 5-star property
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Exceptional leadership presence
