Responsibilities

  • Create innovative menus showcasing culinary excellence
  • Lead and develop a brigade of 30+ chefs
  • Maintain Michelin-star standards
  • Manage food costs and supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with F&B leadership on concepts

Requirements

  • 10+ years in fine dining environments
  • Previous Executive Chef or Head Chef experience
  • Michelin-starred restaurant background preferred
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Excellent team leadership skills
