Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple development projects simultaneously
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive strategic growth initiatives across the portfolio
- Manage and mentor the development team
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in commercial real estate development
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred
