Responsibilities
- Maximise asset value and returns across the portfolio
- Develop and implement asset management strategies
- Oversee tenant relationships and lease negotiations
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities
- Report to stakeholders on portfolio performance
Requirements
- 7+ years asset management experience
- Strong understanding of Middle East real estate markets
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
